I'm the Lead Designer on a project focused on AI-powered Documents Extraction. The solution includes a management panel for creating and organizing prompts that enable flexible processing of diverse documentation use cases. I also work on Document Management Tool, that enables eSign and eDelivery communication inside the organization. My role involves active collaboration with users, business stakeholders, AI and DEV teams to ensure we deliver high-quality, process-enhancing products.

I worked in the Customer Documentation department and was involved in creating Documentation Portal from the ground up. The project was informed by extensive user research conducted the clients worldwide. Next phase was collaboration during the product implementation, followed by user testing. I also contibuted to the creation of file versioning tools and innovative solutions based on VR and AR technologies - aimed at enhancing and modernizing the UX with technical documentation.
